Product

Our products do not contain peanut or peanut oil. Some of our products contain tree nut oils such as coconut oil, sweet almond oil and castor oil. Please refer to the ingredients on the packaging.

Our products indicate its shelf life on the packaging.

Our products are not sold as food products and we do not recommend ingesting them.

Keep in a cool, dry area. Always use clean hands or clean utensils when in contact with the products. Heat and dirt will tarnish the potency of the products and encourage bacteria to grow.

Delivery

We deliver our products to Malaysia and Singapore. To ensure safe delivery of all our order, we use registered mail service to deliver to respective countries. The cost and duration of the delivery varies according to the mail service provider. Once you place your order, kindly allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Tracking information will be provided to you for your peace of mind.

Return & Refund

Every Balmedy product is produced with love, care and detail to ensure quality. Regrettably, we are unable to offer returns and refunds once the product has been opened and used due to hygiene reasons. However, if you received an incorrect order, kindly email us at hello@balmedy.com and we will send the correct order to you as soon as possible.
